The complete list of achievements for Tom Clancy's HAWX has been released, and is included on this page. If any other achievements are released, in DLC or otherwise, this page will be updated to include them. Achievements are specific tasks that players can complete in order to score gamer points on their Xbox 360 account, and sometimes their Games for Windows account.
The Playstation 3 has a similar set of tasks called trophies, and instead of points, players are awarded bronze, silver, gold or platinum trophies.

- All Aspect missile ace - Score 75 kills with All Aspect missiles in multiplayer matches (15)
- Deflector ace - Deflect 150 missiles from friendly planes (15)
- Wing ace pilot - Remain the Team Ace for a total time of 20 minutes (15)
- Versatile pilot - Obtain an end-match award 20 times (15)
- Christine - Kill 100 opponents using the same plane in multiplayer matches (15)
- Gladiator - Participate in 100 Team Deathmatch games (15)
- Not safe enough - Kill an enemy with a missile while being jammed in a multiplayer match (15)
- Ambush! - Score a cannon kill while having Radar Suppression active in a multiplayer match (15)
- Medic - Repair 90 hp by using a single Repair Drone support (15)
- Unimpressed - Score a kill with the Cannon while the enemy has Missile Suppression active (15)
