  • Tom Clancy's EndWar Gameplay Details

Tom Clancy's EndWar is a real-time military strategy game that takes place in the same near-future universe as the Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six and Splinter Cell series. The game has been developed with an emphasis on accessibility and console-centric controls and gameplay. Thus, hallmarks of the real-time strategy genre, like resource management, are eschewed in favor of more action-like gameplay focusing on moving and attacking with units, and capturing command points. While RTS games typically are suited to PC control schemes, Tom Clancy's EndWar uses voice-activated commands for controlling units and troops. The player speaks commands like "Unit 1, Attack Hostile 2" to control troops.
