We Must Protect Toll House
Toll House Chocolate Morsels are small chocolate pieces made from sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milk, milkfat, vanilla and other natural flavors. In 1939, Nestle began printing the recipe to make the cookies on the packaging of the morsels. The consistency of the morsels are designed to be able to withstand extensive heat so that they don't melt during the baking process, allowing them to hold their texture. -
