Making Toffee
Toffee is made by boiling sugar or molasses with butter and flour. It has to bee heated to over 200 degrees. The combination is boiled until it becomes stiff and can be formed into a smooth, glossy shape. Different mixes and textures can be made. Toffee can be hard or chewy and additional ingredients can be added for more flavor. -
