A camcorder sold to an Ohio pawn shop contained a video in which a 2-year-old was held down and forced to inhale marijuana smoke. Local police have located 18-year-old Melvin Blevins, seen in the video forcing pot on the child, and charged him with distributing narcotics to a person younger than 21. 16-year old Angel Dailey has also been arrested and charged with child endangerment and corrupting another with drugs.
The 2-year-old in the video is believed to be Blevins niece. The later portion of the video show the girl thrashing around, coughing, clearly upset by the situation.
Dailey has plead not guilty to her charges. Blevins is also dealing with fallout for a previous arrest after being busted by police with one ton of marijuana.
