Toddler Crushed by Obese Aunt

On March 18, 2008, two-year-old Eliseo Gonzalez, Jr., of La Joya, Texas, was rushed to the hospital with a fractured skull. Police believe his obese aunt rolled on top of him. He had reportedly been dropped off at her house to spend the day with her. Foul play has not been ruled out, and charges of homicide, manslaughter or child endangerment may be filed, pending the results of an autopsy. The child's three siblings -- twins, age 1, and a five-year-old -- have been removed from his parents custody until the investigation is complete.
