  • Career

    Chef Todd English graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America in 1982. In 1989, he opened his first restaurant, Olive, in Charlestown, Massachusetts. He has also co-authored three cookbooks and has hosted three shows for PBS: Cooking In with Todd English, Todd's Table, and Cooking Under Fire.
