TJ Maxx is an off price designer fashion retail store. They sell brand name apparel at prices that are anywhere from 20-60% lower than the regular price of most department stores or specialty stores. They have apparel available in their stores for women, men, boys, and girls of all sizes. TJ Maxx also sells jewelery, accessories, luggage, gift ware, home decor items, shoes, gourmet foods and educational toys, books, and games for kids. For your gift giving needs, they also have gift cards available for those people that you just can't decide what to get.

In 1977, the first two TJ Maxx stores were opened in Massachusetts. Cash refunds are only given on items that have a valid register or gift receipt.

There is a 10 day period required for a cash refund of items that were purchased by check.

Items returned that do not have a receipt will be given store credit.

Jewelery items have to be returned to the jewelery counter.
