Fast Facts:
The Concept
TiVo has provided millions of consumers with a revolutionary way to watch television programs. By recording them to a digital recording device, they are able to pause, rewind, slow motion review, and fast forward through shows. This is especially helpful to those that are easily annoyed by commercial interruptions. TiVo has also allowed consumers with dual DVR devices to pause and record what they are watching live while simultaneously recording another program for later viewing. The TiVo Desktop 2.6 gives access to millions of programs and content on the web that was previously unavailable to be sorted through and/or recorded for later usage.
