Tina Sherman, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is suing a local McDonald's because her husband, Phillip Sherman, accidentally left his cell phone that contained nude pictures of his wife at the fast-food chain. The photos were posted on the Internet, along with Tina Sherman's name, address and telephone number.
