Timothy Ferriss is an entrepreneur and author of the self-help book The 4-Hour Workweek, which covers time management, business savvy, and geographical and financial freedom.

Ferriss attended Princeton University and, after graduating, founded the nutritional products company BrainQUICKEN. The business strategies he utilized while running BrainQUICKEN became the foundation of The 4-Hour Workweek.
