Time Magazine has published a list of the Best Inventions of 2008. The list, which has been published annually since 2001, includes technological marvels like the Bionic Hand and retail DNA testing as well as more pedestrian items such as Internet TV and Joss Whedon's Doctor Horrible Web series.
