Tim M. Thomas is an American professional basketball player, currently playing for the New York Knicks.

Early Life
Timothy Mark Thomas was born in Paterson, New Jersey on February 26, 1977. He would attend college at Villanova University where he would spend one year with the team before declaring himself eligible for the NBA DraftPro Career
Thomas was selected with the seventh overall pick in the NBA Draft by the New Jersey Nets. He was immediately traded to the Philadelphia 76ers for Keith Van Horn. He was then traded in 1999 to the Milwaukee Bucks where he would establish himself as a versatile starter with his inside game and outside shooting. He would then be traded to the New York Knicks where he spent one season before being traded to the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls would waive Thomas, and he would sign with the Phoenix Suns where he played a vital role in the 2006 playoff run playing center. On July 13, 2006, Thomas signed a four year contract with the Los Angeles Clippers where when healthy he is a starter and sometimes key member off the bench.Tim Thomas Timeline
