Tim McLean

July 30, 2008: 22-year-old Tim McLean of Winnipeg, Canada, was stabbed to death and decapitated in front of several witnesses while on a Greyhound bus. 40-year-old Vince Weiguang Li was charged with second-degree murder and was reported to have stabbed McLean between 50 and 60 times.National Post (Canada): Beheading Victim Remembered As Fun-loving (July 31, 2008)

Friends of McLean paid tribute to him in the press, and weighed in on initial speculation that his murder may have been prompted by a disagreement with Li.
