Tim Hightower

  • Tim Hightower is professional football player in the National Football League. He is currently a running back for the Arizona Cardinals.

    After the Cardinals went 7-3 in the 2008-2009 season, head coach Ken Whisenhunt made the decision to replace starting running back Edgerrin James with Hightower as the team's featured back.     Tim Hightower was born in Santa Ana, California, on May 23, 1986. He attended high school at Episcopal High school in Virginia. He continued his education at the University of Richmond, wheree he broke 18 several rushing records. He finished his senior year with 20 touchdowns and 1,924 yards rushing.
