Tim Daly

Tim Daly is an American screen and voice actor. He plays Dr. Pete Wilder in the ABC series Private Practice co-starring with Kate Walsh, Taye Diggs and Amy Brenneman.

Tim Daly made his television debut in 1966 on a special that his father James Daly also starred in. However, he did not start his acting career until 1978. In 1990 he landed one of his most memorable roles in the sitcom Wings. He has also had several guest appearances on The Sopranos and has done the voice acting for Superman in Superman: The Animated Series. He is part owner of Red House Entertainment production company as well as Wandering Park Productions.
