  • A Pennsylvania cat shelter has been shut down and it's owner charged with 14 counts of cruelty to animals. The shelter, also known as Tiger Ranch is located on a remote 29 acre property northwest of Pittsburgh. The raid on the ranch is the culmination of a 7 month undercover operation by the SPCA. The owner of Tiger Ranch, Linda Bruno is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
  • Fast Facts:

    1. Approx. 600 cats total on the ranch
    2. Over 200 removed thus far
    3. 50 dead cats have been found, many more feared buried
    4. 12 cats have been euthanized
    5. Over 400 medicated for diseases
    6. 8 horses also removed
    7. 9 dogs, a chicken and a goat were on-site as well
