Thomas Baudier of Suffolk County, New York, was arrested on May 19, 2009, and charged with possession of child pornography. The 24-year-old Baudier was taken into custody after police say he he downloaded the pornography on the Internet. Previous Charges and Acquittal
In March of 2007, Thomas Baudier was formally charged with having sexual relations with a 16-year-old student at Northport High School, where he'd been teaching social issues. Two months later, in May of 2007, police again arrested Baudier, charging him with the alleged sexual abuse of a 14-year-old Northport student. Baudier's bench trial began on August 23, 2007. In October of 2007, a judge acquitted Baudier on all charges.
