Third Eye Blind is an alternative rock band from San Francisco, California. After they gained the attention of multiple major labels, they released their self-titled 1997 debut on Elektra Records. The song "Semi Charmed Life" became their biggest hit, and the band scored more success with other singles including "How's It Gonna Be" and "Jumper." The released one more album before going on a brief hiatus. Following the break, the band released Out of the Vein in 2003. In total, Third Eye Blind has sold over 7 million albums in the United States alone.
