The Witness from the Balcony of Room 306 is a documentary on the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. The documentary is filmed from the point of view of the Reverend Samuel "Billy" Kyles, who witnessed Dr. King's assassination.
Directed by Adam Pertofsky, The Witness From the Balcony of Room 306 was nominated in 2009 for an Oscar in the Best Documentary Short Subject category, but the award went to Smile Pinki.
