The Whitest Boy Alive is an indie-rock band from Germany that was formed in 2003. Although they began as an electronic music group, they eventually abandoned all the programmed elements. Their music combines spare instrumentals and upbeat rhythms with pop melodies and vocals from their front man, Erlend Øye.
