The Streets is a Rapper from Birmingham, England. Skinner attained recognition after Locked On Records released his homemade "Has It Come to This?". The full-length Original Pirate Material followed and found a wide variety of audiences. Afte being released in the US, Original Pirate Material quickly became a critical favorite with Rolling Stone, Spin Magazine, The New York Times, Blender, USA Today and the LA Times all nominating it as one of the albums of the year.
