The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 is the sequel to the film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. The film, alternately known as Forever in Blue, is based on the fourth novel in the series of the same name, written by Ann Brashares.

Storyline
The film follows four young women and their many adventures, romances and hardships during their first year of college. The girls, Bridget, Carmen, Lena and Tabitha, were close high school friends, but split apart after graduation. The girls try to balance their personal lives, school, family and work as they try to keep in touch with each other. The pants, a worn pair of jeans, bond the girls together, as they fit each girl perfectly and are passed from one girl to another. -
