The Simpsons Game is an action-adventure video game based on the popular TV show The Simpsons. The game was well received and released for a variety of gaming platforms including Wii, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS and PSP. Much like the show the video game make use of heavy pop culture commentary. The characters play along as throughout they game they figure out they are being forced to play the video game. They taunt the player with jokes about other video games and even Electronic Arts the games developer.
