The Shirelles, formerly known as Shirley and The Shirelles, were a female pop group in the 1960s. Their hit song, "Will You Love Me Tomorrow" made it to the top of the pop charts in late 1960 making The Shirelles the first female group with a number one song on the Billboard Hot 100. Other hits include "Soldier Boy", "Dedicated To The One I Love" and "Mama Said"
