The Rocky Horror Picture Show

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a 1975 musical parody based on the British stage production The Rocky Horror Show, the film went on to become a cult classic.

Transylvanian transvestite Dr. Frank-N-Furter, plays host to Brad and Janet who's car breaks down and are forced to stay in the castle. The night falls on Dr. Frank-N-Furter annual visitors convention from the planet Transsexual. Dr. Frank-N-Furter unveils his new creation, Rocky Horror, who is afraid that the doctor would choose Janet over him. The night is filled with wild fantasies and dancing to the Transylvanians dance, the 'Time Warp'.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show had a huge following in the late 1970s and early 1980s, with teens and young adults flooding the theaters for the midnight showing, wearing costumes reflecting there favorite characters, and throwing rice and popcorn in the theater when the scenes came up in the movie.
