The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (or RJA) is a pop rock Emo band. They released their first demo in 2005. Their single "In Fates Hands" was featured on the Madden NFL 07 video game and they were also featured on MTV's reality television show The Hills.
The band started up in high school in Middleburg, Florida. Founding members Ronnie Winter and Duke Kitchens played Blink-182 in their garage. The name The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus was chosen by members blindfolding themselves and pointing to a list of random words on a wall.
