The Proposal

The Proposal is a 2009 romantic comedy starring Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds.

Sandra Bullock plays a bossy Candian book editor who forces her male administrative assistant to marry her to avoid deportation. What should be a straightforward business arrangement becomes complicated when the pair attend a family gathering for his side of the family.
