O'Reilly is best known for his agressive interviewing style. The Factor is the highest-rated cable news show, capturing viewers eager to see O'Reilly's controversial style and views. On November 16, 2009, Lou Dobbs appeared on The Factor as his first interview after leaving CNN. He disclosed that he may run for Senate, will positively remain in the public arena and considers it an honor to appear on The Factor on a semi-regular basis.     After years of avoiding the show, Hillary Rodham Clinton appeared on The Factor shortly before the Indiana and North Carolina Primaries. Clinton caused a caused a controversy when when she said, "Rich people, God bless us," in response to O'Reilly's questions about the tax rate.

    On Monday, November 16th, Lou Dobbs made his first publid statement since quitting CNN the previous Wednesday. He disclosed, among other things that he planned to stay in the public arena.

    On Thursday, November 19th, Sarah Palin made a book tour stop promoting Going Rogue. Bill asked some tough questions such as "why did you boot the magazine question with Katie Couric", but seemed to show respect and a friendly spirit when asking about her family and decisions on the campaign trail. Palin will be back on the 20th to discuss Iraq, Afganistan and health care.
