The ONE Campaign is a non-partisan, non-profit organization whose goal is to combat poverty and disease (specifically AIDS) on a global scale. These goals are hoped to be achieved through public education and awareness, and also by lobbying to direct more government funding to these causes. The ONE Campaign was originally founded by the efforts of 11 non-profit organizations and launched in 2004 with music icon Bono as its spokesperson.Official Site: FAQ
