About Witch-King
The Witch-King has the same abilities as his followers, the Nazgul, formidable warriors whose attacks are reinforced by supernatural powers. He is, however, more powerful and his regular attacks pack a greater punch. His special abilities are Angmar Flurry, Black Breath and Terror Quake. Black Breath deals damage and freezes enemies in terror at the same time.-
