  • The London West Hollywood, formerly "The Bel Age" is a hotel off the Sunset Strip in West Los Angeles. The hotel features a rooftop pool, conference halls for private events, luxury suites, and a restaurant designed by Gordon Ramsay.

    For the 2008 season of Hell's Kitchen, the winner will earn a $250,000 per year salary as head chef of The London Restaurant. It will be the first Gordon Ramsay restaurant on the West Coast.
