The story in The Last Remnant promises to deliver gamers the same level of depth and engaging characters as the Final Fantasy games. The story revolves around Rush and Irina Sykes, two siblings who parents are researching the remnants. In the story, the remnants are powerful items that can take many forms and have caused a major rift in the world, leading to a war.
