The Irishman

The Irishman is an upcoming crime-thriller movie based on the life of mob hitman Frank "The Irishman" Sheeran. The film is an adaptation of the book about Sheeran's exploits by Charles Brandt entitled I Heard You Paint Houses.http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1416801/ In September of 2010, reports said that Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci might be teaming up with Martin Scorsese for the film. Robert De Niro and Al Pacino have teamed up together before, in the 1995 Michael Mann-directed Heat and again in the 2008 crime drama Righteous Kill. For his book, author (and former prosecutor) Charles Brandt interviewed Sheeran about his experiences and about the 1975 disappearance of Hoffa.
