The Infernal City

Set 40 years after the events of the Oblivion Crisis in The Elder Scrolls universe, "The Infernal City" tells the story of seventeen-year-old Annaïg, the Emperor's son Prince Attrebus, and a strange floating city, Umbriel, which causes people to rise from the dead when the city's shadow casts over them. Annaïg Hoïnart, a seventeen-year-old Breton girl, and her friend Mere-Glim (Glim), an Argonian, accidentally fly onto Umbriel and are captured by its inhabitants; Sul, a Dunmer, joins Prince Attrebus Mede, the twenty-two-year-old son of Emperor Titus Mede, in a search for a way to stop the city; and Colin, an Inspector for the Penitus Oculatus, searches for the Prince. Their adventures take them along the first steps in attempting to stop the latest threat to Tamriel.
