The Hills Fashion

The hit MTV show The Hills exhibits the fashion trends and styles of the young and hip in Los Angeles, California. While many fashion designers have been showcased on the show, three of the shows stars have also opened their own clothing lines. One of them, Lauren Conrad, launched her own clothing line in 2007. Fashion is a key theme in The Hills. Lauren Conrad and her friend Whitney Port both worked for no-nonsense fashion publicist Kelly Cutrone of the People's Republic. Several episodes of The Hills featured both women working to put together fashion shows during events in Los Angeles, New York and in Paris, France. Conrad and Port both worked as interns for Teen Vogue magazine in L.A. Port eventually left The Hills for her own reality show, The City. She still works for Cutrone.
