The Great Khali (Dalip Singh) is an Indian actor and professional wrestler for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He currently wrestles on WWE's SmackDown brand. Before becoming a wrestler, Singh won the Mr. India for powerlifting in 1995 and 1996 and was also an officer in the Punjab state police force.

WWE Career
The Great Khali made his WWE debut on April 7, 2006. His first angle involved him attacking The Undertaker. The feud escalated to the first ever Punjabi Prison Match at the Great American Bash. However, Khali had to be removed from the match due to health reasons and was replaced by the Big Show.In 2007, Khali was given a push which results in him winning a 20-man battle royal to crown a new World Heavyweight Champion, the title which had been vacated by Edge due to injury. Khali would eventually lose his title to Batista at Unforgiven.
In addition to wrestling in the WWE, Singh played a supporting role in the remake of The Longest Yard with Adam Sandler, and will appear in the new movie Get Smart starring Steve Carrell.
