The Four Feathers is a film based on A.E.W Mason's classic novel: The Four Feathers. The story is about Harry Feversham (Ledger) a British officer who resigns before his regiment ships out to battle the rebels. Knowing his resignation, his friends and fiancée give him four white feathers, the symbol of cowardice.
