  • Career

    • After meeting in Sussex, England at an early age, the members of The Cure released their debut album Three Imaginary Boys in 1979. After a tour as the supporting band for fellow Goth-Rockers Siouxsie & the Banshees, the band released a number of highly acclaimed albums in the early 1980s that helped establish them as a commercially viable band. Songs like "Just Like Heaven", "Let's Go to Bed" and "Friday I'm in Love" helped make them one of the premiere bands of the decade.
