  • The Cribs are an English indie rock band from Wakefield, comprised of singer singer Rikki Mouzouros, and three brothers, Gary (guitar), Ryan (vocals/bass) and Ross Jarman (drums). In 2008 is was announced ex-The Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr joined the group.

    The band has released three albums for Witchita Recordings. Their most recent, 2007's Men's Needs, Women's Needs, Whatever, was produced by Alex Kapranos of Franz Ferdinand Band. Sonic Youth guitarist, Lee Ranaldo also appears on the album. In 2008 the band was asked to open for The Sex Pistols for a series of reunion shows in Brixton.
