Bounty! As you enter the Starport area, look behind the barrels and crates in the corner of the room to the left. Bounty Card 23 waits there.
Follow the path along. You'll run into a spider turret, then two mercs in the next area. As you follow the curving walkway, look to the right for a spot with two flashing clamps and a wire that pulses with electricity. Shoot the clamps with the SCAR gun and blow them together to drop a ladder. Then climb up.
Jump down onto the walkways below and go left. At the end, turn right and destroy the spider turret waiting to ambush you.
The entire area is actually littered with spider turrets. Take a second here and clear them out. Look for the red laser beams to give them away. Then follow the walkway into the middle section.
Bounty! Look down over the side of the center catwalk. You should see Bounty Card 45 down on one of the frames. To get to it, jump down on the left side onto one of the big cables, then make another jump down to the catwalk there. Jump back on the cable to climb back up.
Follow the center catwalk until you find a place to drop down through a hole in the floor. Use the nanomed machine nearby. Go around the corner through an archway, where four mercs are patrolling.
A good strategy is to wait till the one patrolling nearest you turns his back. Blast him with the SCAR, then fall back around the corner into the shadows with the shotgun. When his buddies come to check things out, drop all three with rapid fire.
Keep going ahead through the doors. The next wide-open area is littered with spider turrets. There are also two drones patrolling to your right. A turret is to the right around the corner, too. There's an elevator to your left that's your destination.
Bounty! Before heading up, head left into a small area between two platforms. In the back right corner are a few pieces of equipment you can jump up on. Face right and then jump onto the cylindrical protrusions from the platform. Climb up to the top to find Bounty Card 12.
Take the elevator up. Kill the couple of drones here and advance into the room. It's recommended you take the stairs to the right. After a second, an Alpha Drone will appear to engage you.
From the bottom of the stairs, you can use the various pillars and pieces of metal as cover from the drone as you hit it with your SCAR gun. Plant four rounds, blast them, then kill it.
Bounty! You'll find Bounty Card 4 after killing the drone. Beside the staircase is an outbuilding with an explosive tank on top. Use a grenade from the drone's body to explode the tank, blowing open the room. The card and a nanomed cartridge are inside.
Climb the ladder near the stairs to the platforms at the far end of the room. At the top, jump onto the cables and follow them through the corridors with the red walls. On the other side, look down to the left to find three drones. Take them out from here and drop down.
Take the path right to find a console to push. That starts the conveyor belt just ahead. Follow the crate, then hide in the shadows as an Alpha Drone approaches to check things out.
Using the crate and other objects for cover, pump it full of SCAR rounds and kill it. You should take minimal damage. As soon as it's dead, get clear of the big door in the wall behind the crates to the left. Another Alpha Drone appears to take you on immediately. Use the same tactics.
After dropping both drones, Spinner comes out to fight you in a mech suit. Take cover behind the crates and use the Drones' grenades on him. You can also hit him with SCAR rounds. It really takes next to nothing to kill him, so just avoid being shot. This doesn't even really qualify as a boss fight.

Take Spinner's executive ID and open the airlock to the Athena.
