The Cardigans are a Swedish Alternative Rock/Pop group that formed in 1992. The band's music is a fusion of airy melodies, danceable beats, and the soprano voice of their vocalist, Nina Persson. In 1994, they released their debut album, "Emmerdale", which became popular worldwide, eventually earning platinum status.
