Plot Summary
The Bob Newhart Show followed the misadventures of Chicago psychologist Robert Hartley, played by Bob Newhart. At the home front it played up the interactions between Hartley, his wife Emily and their neighbor Howard Borden. At the office his comedic interactions revolve around his receptionist named Carol and his neighboring orthodontist Jerry Robinson. -
