The Battle Must Go On is part of the Shattered Sun Offensive storyline provided in World of Warcraft's 2.4 patch released on March 25, 2008. The Burning Legion holds the Sun's Reach Armory. Harbinger Inuuro requests that you defeat six of of the Burning Legion Demons at Dawning Square, south of Sun’s Reach. Once the demons have been defeated, plant the Shattered Sun Banner in the corpse of the Emissary of Hate, a large demon that emerges from the portal at the center of the Dawning Square. Anyone may plant the banner on this corpse even if they did not personally kill the emissary. When this stage is complete, it becomes the daily quest, The Battle Must Go On. World of Warcraft is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by Blizzard Entertainment that reached a milestone of more than 8 million subscribers worldwide, making it the #1 MMORPG to-date.
