The Amazing Spider-Man

The Amazing Spider-Man is a monthly Marvel Comics comic book featuring the adventures of Peter Parker / Spider-Man.

The Amazing Spider-Man is the original regular title from Marvel Comics featuring the titular character. Peter Parker is Spider-Man, a super-hero with the proportional strength, speed, and agility of a spider. Driven by a sense of obligation following the murder of his Uncle Ben, Parker attempts to balance his fight against conventional criminals and super-powered foes with a regular social life.

While there have been many other titles featuring Spider-Man published concurrently with The Amazing Spider-Man, it became the only Spider-Man comic book in December of 2007.
