    Broccoli and Bacon Salad

    Combine the broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds, red onion and peas in a large bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Pour the dressing mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat. Refrigerate before serving.

    Green Bean Salad

    Stir together the green beans with the vegetable oil, wine vinegar and salt and pepper. Serve over salad greens and top with bacon.

    Spinach and Strawberry Salad

    Combine the spinach, strawberries, Gouda cheese and pecans. Mix together the lime juice, honey, vegetable oil and ginger in a separate small bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the spinach mixture just before serving.

    Strawberry Pretzel Salad

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix the crushed pretzels, butter or margarine and one half of the sugar in a medium bowl. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes. Combine the cream cheese and remaining sugar, then fold in the whipped cream. Spoon the mixture over the baked and cooled pretzel crust. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, then stir in strawberries. Pour over the whipped cream mixture and refrigerate until set, about four hours.
