Easy Project
Have a child trace their hand on a piece of construction paper. The result? An outline resembling a turkey that can be easily decorated with bright feathers, colored markers, paint or glitter. Once the child has finished decorating their "hand turkey," they can cut it out and display it for all to see!eHow: How to Make Thanksgiving Crafts for Kids
Pinecone turkeys are another fun and relatively simple craft project: use pipe cleaners to make the turkey's feathers, head and feet. The finished pinecone turkeys can then be used as place card holders at the Thanksgiving dinner table.Kaboose: Pinecone Turkeys

The materials you'll need are construction paper, glue, scissors and a black magic marker. You'll want to first trace your child's feet on a piece of brown construction paper - then cut out the design (which will be the turkey's body). Glue the two "feet" together. Trace hands on three sheets of red, yellow and orange construction paper. These six "hands" will serve as the turkey's colorful feathers. Glue the hands around the body of the turkey, draw in some turkey eyes and make a little triangle nose and feet and you're done! This is just one example of some super easy Thanksgiving crafts for kids.
