Texas Roadhouse Background and History
Texas Roadhouse was established by W. Kent Taylor in 1993. Despite the restaurant's name Taylor is not from Texas and the first restaurant was not in Texas, but in Indiana. However, currently Texas does have the majority of locations with 49 Texas Roadhouse restaurants in cities and towns all over the state.
