  • History

    AddRan Male and Female college was founded in 1873. The name of the institution changed to Texas Christian University in 1902 and moved to its present location in Fort Worth in 1910.

    Texas Christian has a student to faculty ratio of 14 to one, with an enrollment of 8,936 students. The school features approximately 100 undergraduate majors and 20 graduate degrees.

    The institution has seven colleges: humanities and social sciences, business, communication, education, fine arts, nursing and health sciences, science and engineering.TCU: At a Glance
