Terry Lee Thomas is alleged to have raped a woman in front of dozens of witnesses at Spokane, Washington's Riverfront Park during the early afternoon of May 23, 2009. At about 1:45 p.m., the 53-year-old Thomas was seen administering oral sex to an unnamed 27-year-old woman in full view of families gathered at the park. At some point, the woman reportedly pushed Thomas away, but he pursued her and forcibly removed her clothes. When police arrived, Thomas was combative.
